Impact Fee Rates Change

On June 12, 2026, the Los Angeles Unified School District’s Board of Education approved the School Impact Fee Justification Study that allows the District to levy the Level 1 fees authorized by the State Allocation Board (SAB).

The study increased the impact fees that the District can charge, as follows:
